Registration is available online with the option of credit card or invoice payment. Choose from the registration types and prices listed below. Please note: No refunds will be available, and the deadline for online registration is September 10, 2008. If you are unable to attend after registering, you may send an alternate in your place.

Full Attendee – $175 in advance; includes admittance to sessions, exhibit hall, two continental breakfasts, two lunches and snacks. The price will increase to $225 for onsite registration Sept. 15-16. Attendee Spouse – $150; attendees’ spouses may register for the sessions, exhibit hall, breakfasts, luncheons and snacks.
Luncheons Only – $30 per luncheon; includes lunch and admittance to either the Commissioner’s Luncheon with Fortune’s Andy Serwer on Sept. 15 or the Governor’s Luncheon with Governor Phil Bredesen on Sept. 16.

Exhibitors – $350 for a 10’ X 10’ booth or $500 for a 10’ X 20’ booth; included in the exhibitor fee are electricity, if needed, a table and two chairs. If you are a sponsor, booth space is included in your sponsorship package.
